Default Squeaking noise front springs

I really need some help guys. This squeaking noise mostly from the driver side is really annoying. I've heard it before but not very much and now after I installed 3.5/5.5 drop I always hear it all the time when I'm driving. Is it the spring or control arm doing it ? Here a video I found on YouTube that some one had the same problem.

Thought it was something do with cracked dust protectors over the shocks? Or something cracked near the shock can't remember, been a while since I read the thread...mine does it too I just decided to ignore it.

Tony150,

Let me see how I can help. What is the year and mileage of your truck?

I hear ya man, my 2012 FX2 is all stock and the rear suspension sounds like it needs 4 cans of grease. It creeks and pops over every bump, I just hit 4k miles and it's really loud. I need to get mine in for adjustment too.

It's probably the lower strut bolt on the front end... I have a 3/5 drop as well and that is the problem spot for the noise ...

Yes, I had to unbolt the lower strut/ shock bolt lower the lower control arm, apply grease around the bushing, then tighten the crap out of the nut and bolt on reassembly
