One nozzle, its a 7 gph. Well I guess I'll just have to go get me some corn. How does one calculate how many gallons would be needed to effectively raise 91 to 93?

I call bull**** on that I have from day one. There was never one ounce of proof on that only what was told to us by them. People asked mutipal times complete crap in my opinion. John that is one thing that I thought were smarter then to eat that garbage.

I find it very strange you are talking about STOCK SHIFTING since anytime in the last month I've mentioned it to you on the phone or emails it goes over your head and you don't know what I mean. You can have the best of both worlds in a tune because I have it with my unleashed 91 performance tune. STOCK on my coffee run speed limits between 30 and 50 mph I averaged 7.9l per 100 Kms. 91 performance tune STOCK shifting 7.2l per 100 Kms. I've tried it with your shifting and it's 8.4. You cannot drive those speeds in 4th and 5th sometimes 3rd and get mileage. If I lived where I could drive 80 mph everywhere maybe it would be great but our speed limit is 62 mph.

You asked in the beginning of this thread if I wanted the best tune I've ever had. My response was I already have it. I accepted your challenge and said you have big boots to fill and you haven't filled them yet. I don't care about the money, I've spent more than that on stuff I'll never use, I got boxes full of gadgets I've bought over the years. Lol

I'm not knocking your tunes they are great for the guys that want to push the limit. Your filling the void for where the rest don't want to go. But your tunes aren't going to fit everyone's needs or wants. Every tuner has a different style same as truck brands. Not everyone drives a Ford gasp

Well if your running that much meth , the meth it's self should take care of the needed octane increase of 91-93 , I'd becareful how much e85 to 91 mixture I'd run , I always thought E-85 was corrosive if fuel system isn't set up for it, actually if almost straight meth with 91 octane your probably almost 115 octane why even use E-85???

Maybe its the terrain differences between south Louisiana and places the measure fuel economy in liters per kilometer... but the drivability in my unleashed tune was absolutely garbage! I actually used my canned superchips tune instead because it lunged forward when coming to a stop at a traffic light. Shifting was weird, I got random power surging (which was attributed to spark plug gaps, fixed the gaps, didn't fix the problems). I quietly left unleashed dissatisfied well before deciding to try SoCal.
That being said, I've had some issues with the truck progressively downshifting into 2nd while coasting down a bridge at 45mph... but its the nature of 5h, I haven't had it with L5 and shawn has been made aware of it... I just have to get off my *** and away from work long enough to email him the file name so he can adjust it (he answered the phone on the first ring BTW, so I think he is cloning himself)!
I feel I have the best of both worlds with shawn! Driveability of superchips and a half second faster in 0-60 than unleashed. + I don't have to deal with Torrie's short, concise, explain nothing, I don't have time for you, I've fixed nothing responses (which I obviously hated)!!!
This is MY opinion of course, you've obviously found what works for you and thats what matters, I just don't want others to expect these results from unleashed, I know I didn't get the satisfaction that you have from him.

So is the fuel system for the Eco vastly different than the 5.0? Like fuel lines and seals. Doesn't seem cost effective to put different lines in the Eco. I'm not going to run the e85 mix at all if there's no benefit. I'm just curious if anything else can be squeezed out.

I agree with Marinemike on the lvl 5. I did about an hour of around town driving and some highway. I really enjoyed the shifting and power. Part throttle was superb. I don't think I need any adjustments. Props Shawn.

Whew, one word is SCARY!!!

Aight guys bear with me as we are about to take a Journey...

Shawn sends me the 93 LVL 5 and 5H tunes and tells me, "Load the 5 first, the 5H is strong". I get the tunes and I give in and say, "Aight lets load the LVL 5". LET ME TELL YOU, the 5H will not be loaded until daylight!!!!!

I load the tune and go to pull out and get slightly off my driveway into the grass and now I have this foot deep rut...I pull out and set-up livelink. It loads and I have one hand on the steering wheel and lay into the throttle (I am thinking yeah it might be stronger but I've got this...and I was WRONG)...my free hand slaps onto the steering wheel, I get tunnel vision, and I feel like that little pig on the insurance commercials yelling..."Weeeeeeeeeeeee".

Everything I was thinking was incorrect on the datalogs....I was like there is no way this much power is coming on less than 20lbs of boost----WRONG...stuck like crazy glue to 19.4. Then I am like I bet I am spark knocking like crazy with the timing advance---WRONG 2.9 is the highest I saw.

Without just coming out and saying it, you guys probably have an idea of what I do...I get paid to play with lights and sirens while carrying around cool tools like Batman. This thing is scary, there is no way my wife can drive the truck with this tune...if you are looking for thrill ride this is it.

Even more interesting is the partial throttle...this thing is as Shawn said "Daring you". The truck is quicker than you on the throttle input and every time you think you're about to match the input with the acceleration it pulls away again. You think it, the truck is already doing it. I'm convinced that Shawn has made a deal with the devil to make the trucks read our minds...it's just straight up SCARY.

PUBLIC ADVISORY: First mod following this tune is an upgraded 6 piston brake kit!!!

EDIT: The tranny shifts are smooth and to be honest I thought the truck down shifted and it was still holding 6th...it's almost like my truck gained about 4 forward gears...it's almost like a CVT transmission...it's seamless.
