No prob man. Any honest opinion or review both positive or negative is welcome.

Shawn fixed my issues with the first revision. The first had tremendous power but tranny shifting was a little rough. The second version shifts smooth as melted butter both up and down. About as close to perfect as you could ever expect, even better than the canned SCT tunes. I can hardly wait for the other 2 tunes.

I received my tunes from Shawn this morning. Just when I thought driving my truck was fun running stock, I loaded the tune and now it's just crazy fun. I'm going to give it a couple of days and I will do a full review.

I'm still happy, we went on a 230 mile drive with 93 tune , 22 mpg mostly 65-70 mph ,now I got to work on the 87 tune 93 octane is 40 cents more per gal.

Do you think your 93 gets better economy than the 87 or about the same?

I will give you a tune for yours as long as you post. How about that?

I love shawns confidence.

That's a good deal man, do it! He doesn't mean you are obligated to give a good review... just wants you to post your honest opinion / experience... whatever that may be.

Awesome.

I've got a friend with a 5.0 and 5star tune and he can't get better than 13mpg cruising at 60 with 87 per/tow tune. He said he put the Economy 87 tune in and has 15mpg and they'd the best he has had since tuned. He might be interested in something better.

[QUOTE=cbvet;2814224]I understand I was running the wrong strategy Shawn. But with this strategy I've got the same exact drivability issues that I had with the first one, and yes I told you the first time and numerous times after about the drivability issues, what made me give up is the last phone conversation we had I told you about the down shift issues again and you said you would send me the fix the next day and didn't, your tune is fast and there's no doubt about it and it runs within good perimeters according to Lance. I just can't keep going back n forth on tunes anymore. And you are right I wasn't straight forward and lied on here and I admit it. I only had 17 tunes. Just checked my emails. Sorry fellow members for lying on here just felt like it was over 20 and I know I should have Checked before throwing that out there. If you can't honestly admit that I have told you numerous times about the down shift issues then that's fine. I'm just giving my honest opinion on here. Your right it was the fastest and best one you have sent me thus far and it makes a lot of guys on here happy and I'm happy for them but its not 5* drivability good nor Livernois speed fast. I appreciate your time and putting up with my ignorance on tuning and box code stupidity on my part.[/QUOT

my 5* 87 economy as well as my 93 perf/tow from them tune pulls a constant 4* knock... that is completely ridiculous for an 87 economy tune. you can keep the drive ability..I will keep my 0.40 MAX knock and slightly more harsh shifting tune.....
