Wow.......I was getting bored tonight with no new MPG thread, but this thread will do.....
I ordered a regular cab with the 3.7 over the weekend. Should be here end of May. You guys are all in trouble.....

Yes Sir. I already returned it(EB issues) and have been driving a 2013 Escape. So......on Saturday I went back to my dealer and just ordered a XLT regular cab in black. It only has the 3.7 but honestly, it's enough for the daily driving I do.
I'm going to miss the torque of the EB, but I think the small 6 will be fine. I'm divorced/part time dad to one son and don't need all the cab space so went with a regular cab.

Like the short guy with something to prove? Trying to say the can beat hemis or whatever? I mean we know it's the base engine on a screw 4x4 and for a base engine is almost as good as the 5.4 down low and far better up high rpm where it makes it's power. Sure it's a fine engine but so defensive like the small man complex guy at the bar.
So sure little men sometimes makes better point guards but aren't so good as linemen, so why pretend to be one? Sure they can suit up but doesn't mean they are as good.... Anyone else's notice this? Maybe the 3.7 guys can help the 5.0 guys feel better about their choice.
