I'm not impressed, again. Considering I just had my truck in for service about 1,000 km ago the leaking coolant line should have been caught. I'm now replacing the passenger turbo as well, at half of its expected lifespan. I Caught it before the engine overheated / turbo didn't explode but I'm now waiting to see what other damage was done.

That's now two engines (different vehicles) serviced by this dealer with coolant related failures, one catastrophic.

Is that two engines and same dealer? If so I would report your findings to Ford and find a new place to get service. That really sucks when you trust the place you spent a ton of money at only to be let down like that.
