I would still re-gap those plugs. In 2011, the gap for the Ecoboost was .34 -.37 and was changed to .30 - .33 in 2012. I had the same issue that you were describing which was more noticeable with my tune. I could pretty much make it misfire at will. I returned the truck to stock, re-gapped the spark plugs down and also took it into the dealer which also replaced a bad coil. Truck runs like a champ now and hasn't misfired once since that happened 11k miles ago.

Same thing today. Raining in the morning on the way to church. Hot and sunny after church. On the way home running around 55 kicked and it wouldn't even go. Skipping horribly. After doing that 3 times it finally cleared up. She's going to the dealership Monday morning.

Called the local Ford dealership and told them about my problem. I also told them I heard there was a tsb update that was suppose help or fix the problem. He told me he hadn't heard of that but, they would run the vin and see what they came up with. I asked about the condensation problem and he told me he had heard of it but, that it was a very rare problem. Hummmmmmm. Huess Ill take it to them and see what they can come up with.

That's exactly what happened to me, with the exception that mine threw a CEL for a misfire. After they did the "fix," my MPG dropped like a rock. Haven't had the stuttering again, but have only put about 1k miles on it since.

Mine did same, also way down on low end torque after they "fixed" it

I noticed this as well after they "fixed" my truck with the latest TSB. CAC, deflector and flash. Used to tow my ~4000# boat like it wasn't even there. Now, it's sluggish and I really have to romp on it to get going.

Not happy about that.

Haven't picked it up yet but, they told me I had a bad coil and spark plug. Not sure the plug was bad but, since it came off a cylinder with a bad coil they changed it. That's my guess anyway.

28000 miles and the skipping under hard acceleration has returned. The last time they changed a coil and a plug. That fixed it until now. Gonna take it to the dealer Monday have them check it out again.
