I want an EB Raptor!!! One of my reasons for not getting a Raptor was because it did NOT have an Ecoboost option.
Wow, average 16.8 mpg in the SDHQ''s Ecoboost Raptor compared to the 11.5 mpg in the OE 6.2L Raptor that is with them.
Another WOW, "It'll definitely out perform a stock 6.2 Raptor, even a Raptor that has chip, intake, and exhaust done to it"

SDHQ is a local AZ company and a great group of people - super knowledgeable with everything in stock for an F-150. The "eco-raptor" actually belongs to their general Manager, Serena. Details on the build here: http://www.raptorforumz.com/showthread.php?t=15950

Raptor with intake, tune, exhaust = 54k
ECO Raptor with mods = 80k
There is no discounting its better fuel economy. I'm impressed, though I don't know why they are getting such bad mileage in the Raptor. I never get below 12.5 no matter how I drive and I get over 16 on the hwy. I must be in the minority.
The 4.88 gears might have contributed to its acceleration advantage. That said, if Ford offers one, I'll buy it. If not, I'll buy an Eco RCLB, shorten the frame and add the Raptor bits.

^^ No doubt it costs more. I would think it would with having to buy a truck and then taking half of that truck away to add other truck parts that you have to buy as well. I wonder how much it would cost if it came that way from the factory.

That price difference is mostly the aftermarket stuff. I doubt very seriously there is any labor cost tied to it.
