There is a difference on something being released via firmware update and calling them and them being able to load it manually by remoting into your PC. The firmware updates they wait until they have multiple updates ready to go and release them all at once.
Worth a shot to call as they may be able to get it loaded like they did for Blue sounds like.

ok, so I drove home and had SCT on the phone with me, appeantly they confirmed KGCTAA6 is not supported at this point, plus 10 other stratgies, we tried to update and read the truck info, no luck. what a waste of my time.
Might as well put a warning on their site for which version is not supported before ppl start buying them, this is rediculous.

It happens man. I have been in the boat a lot of times. Best advice, to avoid this, is wait until the new "flashes" from Ford have been out awhile and not buying a tuner when they first release tuning for a new model
Ford releases new strategies all the time, you need to give SCT time to update their stuff. Anything short of that is unrealistic

I agree, I wasn't aware of how new my strategy is, anyways.
hey mrpositraction, I see you got the O/R down pipes, our setup are quite similar, does your engine light come up after the down pipe installed?

I don't know how long it takes to come on. But I let the truck run for 10 minutes last night curing the paint on the down pipe while I loaded the new tunes onto my tuner and never got a light. But it might take several key turns or time elapsed.
NOTE: Even with high flow cats I have had experiences in the past with the 02's needing to be turned off as well.....but this was with long tubes too, not sure how this affects flow. When I ran the SOLO high flow cats with my last ecoboost I just had the extenders in and never had any problems.

I have a custom tune written for the Off Road pipe. They turn the rear 02's off. No CEL for me.

I thought about the high flow cat for the down pipes before I purchased the off road version, didn't think it was going to do much difference anyways, but now I'm not sure if I like the sound and smell anymore, LOL
