Default SCT 3015 unsupported ecu message

I know this has been brought up before, but wont be able to call SCT until monday since they are closed the weekend. I got a used sct 3015 today. I did the lastest and greatest firmware update on it. Plugged it up to my truck and I'm getting the unsupported ecu message. I have had the cac tsb performed on my truck if that helps. Does anybody have any ideas how I can get this to work? If not i will wait until Monday to call SCT.

Thanks
Brian

I believe I did it right. I had that TSB 13-8-1 performed about a month ago. It's just not recognizing my truck

Are you trying to load the SCT canned tunes or a custom tune. My strategy code is KGCTAA6 on my 2013 FX4. I cannot load the sct can tunes currently as well. Talk to SCT and they said should be and update and the next month or two to allow this new strategy code to load canned tunes.

Regardless SCT said you should be able to load custom tunes.

SCT does not support the latest CAC update yet, but they are working on it. Call them Monday for a time line.

Thanks for the replies I will call them on Monday to what's going on with it. Didn't want to buy any custom tunes yet just wanted to run the canned tunes for now.

I am getting updates for ECU codes daily from SCT, they should have you sorted shortly. Let me know if I can help.
