Let me teach you something, every new Ford turck comes with a little book called the owners manual, I bet if you look you can find what the actual redline is for a 2011 or 2012 Ecoboost. Give it a try, I bet it will tell you exactly what your looking for.

Bet you a six pack of microbrew you will NOT find a redline spec in the owners manual, but thanks for the "lesson". Back to school for you!

Dont make me go out and get my manual, . Im pretty sure the redline number for a 3.5 motor is in there. That microbrew does sound good.

Mine has seen 7,000 RPM's many times. No worries. Never been back to the dealer for anything.......
