Default Received my 5 star tuner for my F150 5.0

I ordered a tuner from mike at 5 star for my 2011 F150 supercrew 4X4 with the 5.0. I downloaded the 87 performance/Tow tune this morning to give it a run and boy was I impressed. The 87 tune does not have any advanced timing so you can use cheap gas and never worry about detonation. The tranny shifts much better and the whole truck is much more responsive. This thing is a huge win in my opinion. Mike is the best guy I have ever dealt with as far as sales go. Anyone thinking about getting a tuner for the 5.0 better do it, you will be happy. By the way anyone who says they do not need a tune has never driven one with a tune.

Would love to drive one. If anyone is located in Oklahoma and would not mind me checking out their tuned 5.0 hit me up.

Hi iluv2fly
thanks for your feedback. The 5.0 does run good on the cheap 87 stuff and gets good mileage.

thanks again for all the support and the opportunity
Mike

I am curious to drive one if anyone is in the MN/WI/IA area i would drive to ride in one. What is the cost of this tune and what are the power differences between 87 and 91 octane?

My tuner is sitting in customs at the border grrr

Can't wait to wake up the sleeping beast.

Mike is awesome and I am sure the tune will be as well!

I think Mike does a money back guarantee call him!

Hey, I'd be interested, as would many I suspect, of knowing how much that tuner wakes up our 6.2's, so make sure you post up when you get it! Thanks.

Wouldn't you know it, Christmas came early. I am sitting in the truck right now loading her up.

I haven't been this excited in a truck since high school. :0

Keep you posted.
