OK kind of a long story but people need to know how much Shawn does to make sure his customers get the best.

My truck is the "Bitch Truck From Colorado", due to my gear ratio 3.31's and the altitude my truck has been such a pain to get a tune to run right. Shawn and I have spent the last three days and approx. 8 tunes later have found what works for my truck. I know for a fact that any other tuner would have told me that something is wrong with my truck and I need to go to the dealer for a new strategy. Shawn is relentless and will not give up until he gets you the tune you want. I can't tell you how many countless hours we spent the last three days and how sick I am of looking at the interior of my truck while I load tunes. If you want to run the best tunes you can go no where but SSI!!!!

Ditto. It took a few attemps w mine to get it spot on but he was always willing to keep trying.

Shawn will go of his way to help his customers. I have personally called him, anytime I had an issue with a tune and he was more than happy to help me. Very knowledgeable tuner and wants to help his customers.

Due to me being ridiculously busy...Shawn has been awesome and has helped me for 8 months and probably a dozen tunes haha. Truck just wouldn't run right. Well...I discovered a boost leak and walla...truck starts running better after I fixed it. Call him up to tell him the good news...and while on the phone says why you still running trex Jr? Whips me up a new tune on the spot haha. How bout that for customer service?

On the other hand my truck my truck is ridiculously 'easy', he's only had to give me one revision and that was last June and was for a rough downshift. He calls my truck FWOASN, pm me if you really want to know what that means. LOL By the way I got my revision within 10 minutes.

My truck hasn't been the easiest, but it is dialed in now!

I have been running a combination of his latest Tow tune and the SSi1TS1 tunes written for 93 octane. Currently have the Tow tune loaded and I LOVE it for a daily driver. Just a tad softer than the SSi1TS1 tune.

The current tune series continues to evolve. I spent the winter with 87 gas, a mix of tunes from various vendors and went down to 17 mpg for my 70 mile daily two-lane country road commute. I switched to 93 octane gas and SSi T-Rex Jr 87 tune in mid-March and my mileage jumped to 19, then SSi1TS2 in April and it went up to 20 and finally the 91 octane tow and 91 SSi1TS2 tunes with a new tweak and am getting 21 mpg with a smooth, strong ride. I've tried others, but, for my truck, nothing else comes close.

I'm sorry but this once again reeks of back door promotion of SSI. Although not really necessary, we were reminded by some of our paying Vendors that SSI does not have Vendor status here. While tune discussion is allowed here, if people want to actively promote SSI, I suggest doing so on Forum where SSI holds Vendor or Sponsor status, or of course on the SSI owned Forum.

Additionally, this is not the place to "Thank" Shawn for anything. Not only does he lack Vendor Status, he is not even a member here.
