So I have had my 2009 for a little over a year now and when I first got it randomly while driving down the road sync would come in and ask if I wanted to run a vehicle health report. Fast forward to now and it seems that sync is asking to run a report every other day.

Why does it randomly ask when I am driving? Why would it start to ask more frequently now? Is there a way to stop this from happening?
