Okay guys, as stated in another one of my posts, I did get the insurance thing straitened out. I thought it was odd that it would be that high. With that said, on Monday I'm looking at an EB SCAB FX4 with the FX Luxury package. Sticker $40705.00 price quote $32900.00. I'm trading one vehicle, maybe two (down sizing for retirement in three years) if I don't sell my 97 Silverado on Sun. If all goes as planned, should take delivery that day. I still have some reservations as the EB is first year (in an F150). Thanks for all the help.

Yes, they are all good engines. Like you mentioned though, it's the EB's first year in the F150, but it's been around for a lot longer in one form or the other... And I don't think the engineers at Ford would mess around (too much) with their best selling vehicle! I love my EB!!

Good luck and good hunting!

I love my EB too. I was just saying all 4 engines are in their first year in the F150 in 2011. So none of them have had a chance to prove long term reliability yet but I'm sure they'll all be fine.
