Sounds like the idle, and there are people who have posted about a rough or surging idle. I have notice it slightly, but it always smooths out after a couple of seconds.

happens to me sometimes. not bad though. my opion is that since it idles at a low speed the computer is doing adjustments at that time. more noticable than if it idled at higher speeds....my 2 cents.

Mine has been doing it since I took delivery 3 months ago. At first it only occurred at a cold start up, in Park, and would smooth out once things warmed up. I took it into the dealer within a week of taking delivery, and got the "we can't find anything wrong" speech.
Gradually over time, what I call the "idle stutter" now occurs not only when the engine is cold and in Park, but often occurs in Drive or Reverse, when the truck is at idle...whether it warmed up or not. The tach needle flutters, and you can physically feel the whole truck vibrate in time with the tach needle flutter....not to mention that you can watch the passenger seat shudder every time it occurs.
I took the truck in for a list of issues this morning, and the "idle stutter" was at the top of that list.

I had the same rough idle. Then I switched to 100% gas no ethanol and haven't felt it since. I think the ecoboost doesn't like the e10 stuff. I have been running it since 800 miles I now have 2600 miles

Seems strange, been running e10 for all 6000 miles on mine and never noticed that.

Shaking would most definitley be the gas. With the ecoboost you need premium fuel as with most turbo vehicles. You can run 87 if you want, it's not a big deal. But if you want the shaking to go away use premium.
