Anybody ever try using something like these? I hate the look of the billet grilles. These are from the site www.mcnichols.com and they do custom cut-to-size, or you could probably find something like these locally. They have a ton of different styles and sizes and you could probably chrome or powder coat if so desired. They also give you the percent open area so that is useful in our application.

Got my Carriage Works Grill last night and installed it. Took like 10 min.
Looks great. I'm happy I ordered it. Thanks to Ilmo for the pics. Thats what sold me.

My black Carriage Works grille got delivered last night as well. Very easy install. Looks great -- especially with the FX4 grille!

IMO this is a must have mod for the ecoboost not only to protect the intercooler but to fill that ugly opening.

Good call on the T-Rex grille! My ecoboost lariat is going to get the same treatment when it finally arrives.

Looks just like the picture ilmo posted in post #55. Sorry can't get pictures now -- we are in the process of getting 10 inches of snow. Is it April or February?
