Nav/Radio display stops working with tune
Hey guys,
My ecoboost doesn't have the nav/radio display and I have a customer that says his navigation display stops working after loading the custom tune.
He has to disconnect the battery to get it back working again. Does not happen when installing a preloaded tune, only custom.
Way too many Ecoboost customers that haven't mentioned this issue before so I'm asking on here.
Has anyone else experienced this?
It's an SCT SF3 3015.

Does it say connect error or does it completely go blank? Does it do this intermitantly with the tunes loaded or does it just reset the nav to go off every time he loads a new tune or changes things? Need more info... but first I have heard of it from a tune.
