Thumbs up Ordered my 5* Tuner......

Front stage 3 today. They were on sale for 389, down from 449. Savings of 60 bucks. Lou was excellent to talk to over the phone and a HUGE help.

Now I cant wait till it comes in so I can get it installed.

You're going to love it. I just got mine about a month ago and it definitely woke up the truck.

I wouldn't hold your breath. My increase was minimal, if any at all. I've even tried the economy tunes and it doesn't change anything. Perhaps the effects of winter are taking over and I may see something next spring/summer.

It is hard to say. Average mileage mine has gone down, but that is because I enjoy the power. At a constant speed on the highway I have gained just over 1 l/100km.

Sure. I am a very conservative driver. I like the power when i need it but feather the throttle most of the time.

FYI there is a driver issue under Windows 8x where the driver does not install correctly for the 7015 (maybe others). Called SCT, they have a remote program to access your PC & update the driver. Just takes a few seconds
So if you end up w/yellow asterisk under Device Mgr for your device -mine said iTSXDevice - they can fix it very quickly
Its a secure connection, you have to read off a login & passkey for then to access your system
Much quicker for them to do it
My X4 tuner had already connected to my network via wireless & updated
But since I have custom tunes being sent I wanted to get the PC connection setup/tested & working

Manual also states to plug in your tuner via the TOP port
They way I hold the tuner is w/SCXT logo at the top
So you actually plug it into the bottom -at least on my device
I was bummed thinking I had been sent the wrong cable

I went & filled up the truck w/93 Octane since I had .30c off per gallon
Also filled up another 6g gas can
With 87 already in there (1/2 full) I should have about 90 octane
I usually only fill up when I'm near empty, but wanted to use the .30c off before the wife did

I have a 6g gas can of 87 I can use to top her car off
So off to tune the truck.......see you in a few hours of driving

I got the Livewire TS and love the tunes...mpg increases are almost always dependent on the Nut behind the wheel
