thank you all.. from all the reading i think im gonna go with:
93 race
91 street
89 tow
I run nothing but 93 with 10% ethanol cause FL fuel sucks like that
I feel like towing with a 93 tune would be to hard on the motor so a less octane tune for towing with higher octane fuel being used would be safer on motor.. lease that's my knowledge on it.

waiting on custom tunes
Of course since I'm waiting for my custom tunes I loaded the 93 SCT canned tune. Is it normal for it to shift alittle hard under light throttle and hold 1st gear till 21-2200 RPMs before shifting into 2nd? Its only been like 10 miles and I havent really gotten a chance to get on it to see how it performs. any tips would be appreciated. Thanks Jay

I have a question for you guys who have purchased an eco-boost tune from MPT. How long does it take for them to get you your tunes once you pay for them? I have ordered several other tunes from several other tuners and I have always got the tune the same day if not an hour at the most afterwards. Its been over 24 now and still no contact from them? I just called them and they said it takes three business days has that been yawls experience three days to get a tune? I mean is just an email.

Boost :)
You want them to just send you some generic thing? Exercise some patience. if they told you 3 days, then wait 3 days.
And it's not "just an email". So much more to it than that. If youu knew anything about tuning, you would know it takes awhile to get it done correctly and stand a better chance of working well for you.
They took 3 days or so for mine and when I submitted my 40,000 line spreadsheet with datalogs, they took another few to get the updates to me as well. I run the performance race tune and have been for several thousand miles and have nothing but positive things to say about it.

Its worth every hour of waiting. Think I got mine a business day early, told me Tuesday n got it on a Monday. As far as shifts go, at low speed 1st to 2nd is a little bump but I did ask for a race setting so I have NO complaints. The sct canned 93 tune felt 10 times worse than mpt tune, held gears n slammed into gear. Everyone said mpt race 93 was to hard on them, I installed it n havent looked back, its my DD
