I got 21.8 MPG with speeds between 65-70 MPH - I went at the speed limit in each state, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky for 800 miles. 3.73 rear end.

I have one of the worst possible setups for fuel economy -
3.73 with off-road package, along with chrome running boards and the tailgate step (Adds more weight)

Theres too many unknowns for this to be accurate. Going flat, uphill or downhill? Whats the wind doing? Head wind, tail wind?

6.5' supercab - That part isn't so bad, it's all the other stuff.

I've got the 6.5' bed on mine and I've wondered if the longer bed might create more drag, to be honest... It seems to me like it would.

As you can tell by many reports, the 4x4 vs 4x2 makes a huge difference too!
