Default oil leak
My 2011 5.0 has a oil leak coming from some were around the drivers side valve cover.. I have replaced the gasket but still leaks?...any ideas..

I have even changed the o ring on the dip stick...anybody heard of a bad casting in cover

Why don't you take it to Ford? It should be under warranty unless you have over 65k miles. I'd rather do almost anything other than chase leaks.
