I can have the local fab shop build some brackets on their CNC plasma machine to accept whatever universal catch cans there are. If anyone is interested I'll bring them the idea and we can get it going SOON!

If you get the Moroso one, I would seriously look into getting different hoses for it. I have a Moroso on my 5.0 and the Goodyear hoses that came with the kit are too soft in my opinion. In just under 500 miles the hoses became so soft that I could pinch them shut with just my fingers. Also UPR Products makes a good catch can too, but the hoses on that kit will need to be replaced also. I had to modify an existing kit to fit my 5.0 since Moroso does not make a kit for it yet. Just make sure you get fuel emission hose. I got mine from Oriley Auto parts. It is a lot firmer than the Goodyear stuff. You might try calling Moroso and see it they are planing on making a kit. Last time I spoke to them back in May the 5.0 was not on a list to be made, but have no idea about the eco boost never asked about it.

i know i have heard a few ford mechanics saying they saw EB turbos leaking oil, it was coming from the turbo oil return line. hard to tell from the picture but i would say make sure its not this line leaking because if it is, the turbo could go bad because of oil starvation.

I take my eco in monday for the leaky IC and possible bad turbo seal plus a few other issues that have popped up lately. I have more oil leaking out of the IC now so something is going on in there.

it was coming from the compressor side of the turbo, the turbo completely failed, they claim unrelated and that it was just condensation, originally, they just put the plastic over the top bit of my intercooler to help with the condensation.

later they replaced the left side turbo and the cats when it wouldn't make much more than 4 psi of boost. no codes were ever thrown.

the truck still consumes about a quart of oil every 1500km and my bumper is black from the exhaust. still gets horrid gas milage, and the other turbo is leaking quite a bit too.

but i am cutting my losses and buying a new truck, i hope those of you who keep your ecoboost have good luck, i know i just got a lemon, but its scared me off ford trucks. i was thinking of just getting another f150 with the 6.2 but then i saw the horrors of 6.2.

Geez, I hope my truck doesn't turn that way but if it does, I would also just trade it. I tried the lemon route with ford about 15 years ago and it didn't work out.
