5literfurry ... one more question, where's the PCV?
The PositiveCrankcaseVentilation valve is the input to the catch can.

It is at the end of the hose that goes to your catch can. It is on the valve cover.

Got nto thinking about this last night. If you check all of the above things and don't find anything out of wack. You may want to pull the valve cover, and check to make sure the baffle hasn't for some reason come loose and fell off. If that's even possible on these engines.

If the baffle has come loose on the bottom side of the valve cover. It would cause the PCV system to pull WAY to much oil into the air intake. Causing your catch can to catch most of it.
