Mat has a set of production turbos in his hands ready to install. Once we get through the testing, we will move forward into production. I think we are a lot further then a lot of other people. There has been a lot of talk of an upgrade but nothing has come to light yet.

There's a company in Phoenix that is really close, I made them make my Flex turbos first though....

I couldn't agree more. I've been hearing that company A, B, and C have been working on these for over a year, then they go silent. Anxiously waiting for results.

As for the power potential, I did some quick comparisons and my estimation is that these will support about 270 hp a piece, for 540 total. The stockers choke around 430. If fuel weren't the limit, you'd be looking at 460-480 rwhp.

I'm NOT disagreeing with the earlier estimates, just verifying as an independent source that those estimates were reasonable.

I also believe that they will add power without adding boost, or even increasing fuel flow. It'll be nice to have this theory tested/proven.

Question for Mat Morkin. Are you going to port and polish the exhaust manifolds? Any thermal coatings?

I just remember Geoff from Fullrace saying something about the manifold really necking down before the turbos and there was room for improvement there.
