The folks who have customer service issues with SSI typically just don't follow the clearly stated procedures. Getting a tune and tweaking it are a joint venture that requires effort on both sides. Each contact, be it email or a Customer Service request on the forum REQUIRE that all request information be present. Shawn doesn't have time to chase multiple emails trying to figure out all the answers.

Maybe shift points make you feel faster but not me, that's subjective, you could datalog and do timed comparisons between two tunes and one "feel" worse but actually be faster.
I'm asking for TECHNICAL DATA not just hype, you guys like to state lots of things but don't actually back it up with DATA.
You can't prove condensation issue is cured by your tune, if you were to video the condensation issue happening to your vehicle and then putting a tune in and no more condensation while data logging atmospheric and engine parameters while videoing the actual issue happening then being cured with a tune switch you'd carry more weight with your argument with the truly technical people on this forum.
I'll continue to dispute your groups claims that are hype until you have data.

So shift points having nothing to do with speed, or the feeling of, at all? Your post I quoted stated "feel", so I thought this was a 'subjective' conversation?
So basically regardless of tune, the shift pattern is irrelevant for measuring speed.
Fact: Adjusting shift points will make a difference in speed going down the track. People do this to take advantage of their power band. Shift too early=power band not started. Shift too late, you may be out of the top of your power band. Goal: keep it in the power band.
