Default New timeslips and dyno from ATP for Garrett turbos on F150

They basically copied my Flex setup with an aux fuel setup tapped into pre-HPFP.

For this to fit the F150 you need to hack off the water passages and weld some injector bungs on.
I'll start working on pricing and a package to go along with the turbo kit.

What's up with the tq/HP lines crossing early? Obviously seeing some lag there as well.

I'm on the test team for that project. Getting the Transverse manifold onto the f150 was more of a chore than anything but its necessary to get fuel to the motor for now until hpfp's become available. Nothing special worthy of 'copying' as far as welding injector holders to a manifold. In fact, looking at the pics of your manifold above, you should move your injectors into the actual ports on the manifold because your additional injected fuel will get swepted into the back of the plenum and collect resulting in fuel starvation in the front cylinders.

different scales.

Curve is definitely not what we typically see from the EB.

Still crosses at 5252 just like it should. Horsepower are torque scaling aren't even is all. Really nice numbers and times though!

Lol I got beat to the punch-line!

Very nice and thanks for the info. Remember when all the 5.0 boys were saying that the stock eb made all the power it would ever make since it was modded to the max from the factory?

MikeB - also you have to re-machine the bolt pattern on the transverse manifold in order to get it to bolt onto f150 heads as well as add material by welding in two ears for additional bolt holes. Ford had to change the bolt pattern on the f150 heads when they decided to go to the plastico intake manifold effectively making the SHO vs F150 heads non interchangeable.

Oh yeah, throttle body is also different in bolt pattern so you have to extensively mod the SHO manifold to take the f150 throttle body.

Next up is a good Y-pipe and 5" exhaust to uncork it and it will really unleash the beast.

Engineermike-can I submit this slip in your 1/4 mile list?
