Default New Plugs

I know this has been beat to death, but getting ready to order some new spark plugs for my (2013,5.0)
After much bleeding of the eye's it appears that the (Motorcraft SP-519 Spark Plug) is great for my stock 5.0--also the GAP is between (.049-.053)--
have read some are going to .045--I'm sure everyone has an opinion-
I'm looking for mileage-lol-and power--can I say that in the same sentence.
Thanks, Rocky

If you run performance tunes you will need to more than likely gap on down .040-.045, some gap lower than that. I am at .044 right now.

No tune (stock) will most likely go kinda on the low side of OEM setting (.049-.053), and do .050.
Thanks for your input.
