Livernois pretty much does not exist as a tuner for the ecoboost any more. 600 for crap, bait and switched with updated tuning. I have one and its a great paper weight! If you buy one now, your pretty much a dumb *** who has never done any research. You would be better off buying a Diablo canned tunes!
Sorry, disgruntled customer.

This is correct. Due to the aggressive nature of this tune we are currently beta testing and validating the multitude of different years / strategy codes. This allows us to ensure we are creating the best tune possible.

This also happens to be the best excuse you can give everyone that is waiting. I think yall need to swallow yalls ***** over there and just tell your customers that it aint gonna happen. I aslo personally think livernois IS still indeed testing the tune, but safety isnt the problem, its because yall cant figure out how to beat the competition.

Anthony told me xv1 needed the cold temp thermostat. Can somebody explain what would happen with this thermostat if I run a tow tune or stock in the middle of canadian winter? Do the tow tune needs to be adapted to the thermostat? I am ok with the wait and badly want the xv1, but I did read that lower temp thermostat were making the engine run like crap in cold weather or during warmup. That would be a show stopper since I do tow from times to times and live in a country that is frigid 4 month a year.

Thanks!

I think you hit the nail on the head. I keep going back to the phone call I made well over a year ago to Livernois. "You are going to love the tuner. We are finishing up our new tune that is going to be insane." Needless to say that convinced me to place my order. Now I feel like I was point blank lied to. I am stuck with an outdated tuner that is hard to resell from a company that has stopped supporting it's customers. Feeling like I got ripped off.

I have the 170 thermostat, live in a cold climate in the winter and had zero ill effects. It isn't a HUGE change in thermostat temps, and honestly I have not notcied any change since swapping it except for temps when towing, seems to run a little cooler that is all.

Guys,

We are in need of some local customers in the metro Detroit area that are willing to come down and have your truck tuned on the dyno. We have reached a point where we have to have some trucks to tune so we can get this officially released to the remote tune world. I understand your frustration and need your help to get more trucks here on the dyno for validation to make this happen.

We still offer free tune updates and custom revisions for those of you that are not local to us. If there is something you would like changed on your tunes please by all means do not hesitate to call, email , or PM.

This is great news. Hope there are a lot of LMS tuned ecoboosts in the 313.
