Well i talked to the dealer, when they were installing the motor the mechanic did not tuck a wire harness up correctly and was sitting against the exhaust pipe which then melted it and shorted out. Hopefully i will have my truck back tomorrow

I thought it was going to be a pinched harness, but a melted one will definitely do the trick.
