The good news is you put about half the mileage on your truck compared to the average driver. The bad news is you likely drive less than 10 miles per trip normally and as you said 90% of that is city miles, so your mpg's will also be much lower than average. Any of these engines will have very low mpg's for the first 10 miles, until everything gets warmed up including the transmission. Look at your trucks window sticker, and I'll bet you are just above the lower estimated numbers.
I also noticed you have a 3.31 axle, which is great for highway speeds but will take much engine grunt to get moving each time in city driving.

No, not a load of BS machismo....just frustration at the sheer amount of posts I've read about the same thing. Are there really this many issues out there with the EB models?

That and a little buzzed, I do apologize.

I too see my mpg tank once I hit the streets for extended periods of time but nothing below 14 so far. It is a little weird to have an engine all about efficiency only able to get even 14 around town when similar v6's I've had in trucks in the past got a little better.
