Can you hear the turbos any? Are they noticeable at idle like the solo or heartthrob? I'm thinking of building my own system myself since I don't need all stainless exhaust living in louisiana. Lol.

Well to be honest I haven't even listened to it out of the cab yet or anything. Threw it on, had two hangers welded at the muffler shop and drove it home. Hoping to get some time this week to give some updates. Side note-First born is due any day now. Kinda taking a toll on me with all the honeydoos and wants. Luckily I got time to put the exhaust on.

Congrats on the baby!!!!! I have a 3 year old and 2 year old that are 13 months apart. I feel you pain with the honeydoos!!!! Lol. Keep us updated when you get some time.

I've said this many times. I have two resonators and a muffler and it still has a little loudness in the cab. My in cab videos make it sound whisper quiet. Thanks for being honest about it. Most people put on an exhaust and post how awesome it is and how there's no drone or interior noise isn't loud. That gets others to buy it and get let down. I still want to hear yours. I haven't heard a turned down EB yet.

Yea, I remember when you told me that it was deceiving. I am happy that I didnt spend 400-1000 on an exhaust from a retailer. I would probably be disappointed if that was the case. Then again I haven't been able to hear any other exhaust on an eco boost.

Did adding your second resonator make quite a bit of difference? I have a section of straight pipe I could replace with another resonator. At $44 shipped I'd still be right under $200 for the total exhaust.

Adding the second resonator did knock down interior sound a little. Took away some of the aggressiveness at the pipe though. I towed a 3k trailer yesterday and it was somewhat loud but not annoying.

Alright I got some drive time finally today and you can here the turbos a little but the buzz of the exhaust is right behind it. When you punch it full throttle the v6 comes out. But its not loud. The loudest is when the motor is lugged and you give it a lot of gas. With that said I actually thinking it might be resonance or the exhaust is just getting that loud with that much flow. Hard to tell really. Kind of wondering if the exhaust sound will change with time? With all said and done I like it. I think it climbs through higher mph smoother/easier and seems quicker. I'm wondering more and more about the downpipes now.

By the way I did do an interior video on the way home from work and could not hear anything on the video besides road noise. So I am hoping to get someone to take a video of the exterior while I throttle it.

I'd love to see a video!!!! I think I've watched every YouTube video of ecoboost exhaust 100 times. Lol.

I totally agree. I thought I was the only one doing that. Haha I've watched thejoewee350 's videos probably 1000 times.
