16.7 lifetime for me.
I do have one of the heaviest configurations available however and have a 200# cap on my truck all the time. I have put 7,000 miles on my truck in the year that I have owned it. I have taken only about 4 long highway trips with it. The majority of my driving is all city commuting with lots of idling and stop and go. So the MPG is about the only thing with this truck I do not have an issue with.

2011 XLT screw 4x4 3.73 2 1/2 level kit and 35" tires.
My lifetime mileage as of 24,700. Miles is 13.8mpg. I did see a 3mpg loss after adding 35" tires. But if you want to play you have to pay. I added a Roll & Lock bed cover and it did not help my mileage. I'm getting 14 city and 16 to 18 hwy. If I pull my 14' trailer with ATV's around 3000lbs I'm getting 11.5 hwy.

I only have about 350 miles on mine but my average is showing 18.5.
People need to keep in mind that the city and highway ratings each have a range.
CITY MPG
15
Expected range for most drivers 12 to 18 MPG
HIGHWAY MPG
21
Expected range for most drivers 17 to 25 MPG
So one can make an extrapolation something like...
MIXED DRIVING MPG
18
Expected range for most drivers 15 to 22 MPG
Which is pretty much everyone is seeing. There's just too much variability to assume we're all going to get the same mpg.

My 2012 screw ecoboost 4x4, 6.5 bed, 3.55 gears now has a lifetime average of 19.1 at 25,000 miles. It got as high as 19.3 when I was traveling long distances.
