That does not sound good at all. The best sounding EB I've heard is with the AeroTurbine 3030XL muffler on it with the resonator taken off.

here is the ingredients to what i call the flo master pro kit!

* Remove resonator * - Replace with 3 inch pipe = $50
*remove Muffler* - replace with 3 inch pipe =$50
* Add 5 inch flow master tip* = $40

Total= $140

I listen to a bunch of videos yesterday with all kinds of different set ups. I find no matter what you do , they all pretty much sound the same. Either u gonna get more raspy or more v6 sound. I like my setup, bc it cost hardly nothing to make and doesn't sound like a screaming v6. It has more of a mellow/deep tone, especially when you driving it. I did this video , to show that u don't have to spend 400+ to get a nice sounding exhaust. Total i have invested in mods, which includes Exhaust, intake and tuner = 690!

Sorry bud...........still sounds like a 1989 Chevy Lumina with a 3.8 V6, 165,000 miles and a holed muffler. You know you've heard those coming from a block away...that distinctive MOAN makes my teeth hurt.....
Nothing I've heard from any exhaust maker would convince me to make my EB sound like that, and pay extra to do it.....

You'll never make an ecoboost sound like a v8. I like the way my truck sounds. And when I install my mak downpipes, I hope the sound gets more obnoxious and ricy. You guys just got too used to the sound of your truck having a v8. V6 FTMFW!!

Plenty of decent sounding Ecos. Mine sounds decent, not a v8 under full throttle but part throttle is perfectly fine.

It is what it is a V6 turbo and i love it. Its never gonna be a v8 and i never want it to be. I myself cant wait to get a off road down pipe ! Loud n proud !

They sound best with the factory exhaust, quiet. All these others just sound like these cheap assed, no muffler diesels with a 10 inch tip.

Best stereo upgrade I've done is buy an EB.
