Yes, I have mine installed and I'd like to thank David from Airaid, he is a great guy and it was good to meet him today. I called him a few months ago and we talked about this kit.
I like to support vendors that push to bring a good quality product to the market that I want to have on my truck.
My first impression was the sound. It is awesome. Yes, my exhaust is louder, not annoying or deafening, it sounds mean at idle and acceleration! It sounds great at regular, partial throttle and flooring it. I have a magnaflow muffler, SIDO lightning style with dual wall stainless steel tips.
The truck revs smoother and it likes rpm more than before. It isn't a completely different truck but I can tell you it feels more alive. It puts a smile on my face when I stick my foot in it and when I don't. My wife likes it and that makes it much easier to spend more money on things like a Tune, headers, throttle body, ect...
I will be able to comment on fuel economy with my next tank of gas. I want to have fun finishing off this tank of gas.
More to come as I drive it.

Yes I offer a great kit for the 2009-2010 5.4L F-150.
If interested, send me a PM and I will send you the member pricing.
As a driver of a turbo-diesel pickup I'd just say there is a strong argument against oil filters and their ability to catch dirt. Since the turbo is placed right after my intake I went with a large paper filter to prevent any impeller/bearing damage.
But, since this is an n/a thread, that may not matter as much.

Documentation to back up your opinion?
Thanks,

I don't like oiled filters due to the extreme difficulty getting the filter re oiled properly after cleaning. Neither myself, nor anyone I know can seem to get the proper oil coverage over the filter without over oiling. The result is a dirty maf sensor wire and bad mpg and drivability. For that reason alone, I prefer paper.
