Need photos of where water is collecting in intake

It doesn't evaporate even when the oil is removed from it and small/large single globes of it are alone in a jar for say, a week. Normally water left alone will evaporate rather quickly in my hot garage. I suspect they have a film around them creating the adhesion/non evaporation ? It is not pure water but a mixture of chemicals soluble in water, in a clear form. I have witnessed these same globules in the bottom of a cut off a gallon jug last for over a month and I then dumped them into the used oil container. Notice they float on small amounts of PCV synthetic oil much like paraffin but doesn't harden. Even the tiniest ones do not change, they either unite or stay independent just like you see them here. Reminds me of single cells only in reverse sometimes. This Catch Can batch from only the clean air side came after a extremely bad rainy weather day of driving. A couple ounces of the clear stuff. The oil had about 3000 miles on it.
I'm wondering if it's part of the new oils alcohol anti rust additive after combustion Blow By since all of this is only Crankcase under boost in the fresh air side products ?

The solution then is to chuck Ford's air to air intercooler and make a water to air intercooler work and eliminate the water condensing out in the first place.
FWIW, I know about Tracy's deal. Here is mine.

Tracy still likes the bleed hole in the bottom of the CAC. The Rx still isn't 100% !

I would instal a tiny nipple in the underside of the CAC near the outlet for a 1/8" air line and plumb it over to the Intake for a path for the condensate to evacuate.
