It's an online post; we have to make assumptions in real life too. *shrug*
It sucks that policy often serves to screw over the well-meaning guy as much as it prevents them from getting screwed over by the dirtbag, but it happens. :/ Unfortunately you're the well-meaning guy in this situation.
Most companies have the occasional human being who actually values customer support above all else, as customers are the entire REASON these companies are in business; but sometimes you run across a company that forgets that.
I gotta be honest, though, and say that I'm surprised people still buy Magnaflow, as this is *NOT* the first time by far that I've heard of companies having issues with Magnaflow. I remember buying an exhaust for my '00 4Runner back in 2011 - and they'd been pulling this sort of crap back then for several years.
I wrote this to inform the community to Magnaflows MO. Nothing more.
