I have a cover along with the hoses I pulled off my truck when I traded it in I will be selling soon. It all fits great but you will need a cold air intake for it to fit.

5.0 mustang cover on 2014 F150
Just finished install on 2014 F150. After looking at several ways to make the change over, I didn't want to relocate any stock parts on my truck. I made the modifications to the 5.0 cover, see cuts in pictures. It works for me.

Yes the cover can be installed. Just need to reroute the heater core hoses. And yes the coil covers fit. Been on my truck since it was 3weeks old.
