I had no idea that this type of tune kills the catalytic converters.

Hey so FYI for anybody who has purchased a Ghost Cam with MPT they are fully refunding everybody. They said due to inconsistent experiences from all their clients they decided to give everybody a refund and in the future if they feel their next rendition of the tune is more consistent and reliable, they will offer everybody who tried it the first time a 50% discount if they decided to try the next (hopefully better) version. Kudos to them for taking care of their customers!

Message from the owner.

While developing the F150Ghostcam tune, our main objective was to set the standard high. Feedback fromthe beta testers was positive but after public release, results wereinconsistent and not up to the MPT standard. This lack of consistency led tothe decision to remove the product from the website and go back to the testingphase.

Part of the MPT philosophy is to be the customer and think about how you wouldwant to be treated in a situation. While progress may come on the F150 ghostcamtune and a version worthy of our standards may again be released, we havedecided to refund all F150 ghostcam tune orders and upgrades. This includescustomers that are satisfied with their ghostcam tune as well.

You are receiving this email asnotice that your purchase for the F150 Ghostcam tune has been refunded.Depending on your bank and payment method it may take several business days toshow in your account. If your purchase was part of a tune combo, then a partialrefund of up to $50 was issued covering the upgrade cost of the ghostcam.

We thank you for your continuedsupport and hope you agree with this decision to refund your purchase allowingyou to make the choice in the future to purchase the revised ghostcam tuneagain or not. Should the F150 ghostcam tune meet the standards in the future,we will also be providing a coupon code for those that were refunded making thenew purchase discounted to 50% off.

This is very cool of them. I have tunes from a competitor but they have earned my future business!

I think they did the right thing giving you guys your money back. I do not think i would pursue this kind of tune if I were them or a customer since it basically is not good overall for the engine, the Cats and performance of a DD. It did sound cool, but in the end its just not cool for the truck. Better to invest into a performance tune and that will be more enjoyable at the end of the day.

Couldn't agree more. I mean it worked, did as they said, even had the same side effects as they listed... Just for some reason I didn't believe them when they said it would stall, and definitely didn't think it was going to be as annoying as it was.

Sounded dope though! Maybe on a show truck, not my DD
