Default MPG threads - 99.9 MPG

I just wanted to demonstrate how easy it is to make the 4.2" LCD screen say whatever you want whenever you want.

Sure I could have done this by just rolling down a long steep hill, but I did it the easy way - hit the pause button every time i hit the throttle.

Push "OK" when its on the Trip A or Trip B screen and it pauses until you push "OK" again.

Yes When I'm bored again, I will repeat this experiment, but only record when I'm at WOT. Then I can come on here and complain about only getting 2-3 MPG, with 'proof' to back it up.

Dang, man, you beat my 29.1 mpg!!!

Did you figure out how to get the shift lights to stay on without a reflash?

My gear indicator lights just started staying on all the time. Built 3/11 and up until 2 weeks ago i would only get them if i used the manual mode but now its there all the time. No new flash yet... Can ford update these things through sync without you knowing?

When you say shift lights, do you mean the numbers that tell which gear your in? On my truck you can turn them on and off if you hit the plus button on the shifter.

Yes. I can turn mine on and off also, but I want them to stay on all the time.

That's great and all but it's pretty obvious that you can't determine anything after 3.8 miles. Some of the people are at least believable logging good chuncks of miles.
