Full in just a 1000mi is excessive IMO. How many miles do you have on your truck, and what brand and type of oil do you run?

Does the truck use a lot of fuel? Do you do a lot of towing or racing?

Rite on. Is this the first time you have checked the catch can?

No I have had it since 16,000ish and I was still running motorcraft 5W20. And I guess I really didn't think it was consuming alot first. I think it's getting worse with every mile. I checked it like every 2,000 and not much and again other 2000 to much. Then changed to full synthic at 22500ish but was still filling up with motorcraft oil too. I have to admit I'm pretty scared

Yeah something is not jiving... I would check the PCV, and make sure it's working properly. Also make sure the air fiter is good and clean too. If those are functioning properly, I would get a compression test and a leak down test then go from there.
