Mpg drop with duratracs

0.9% is for suckers!
Wider tires will also affect MPG with rolling resistance. The Toyo A/T II 275/60/20 (33" tire) weigh 43 lbs, which is pretty close to stock. You get into the 10 ply tires and thats where the lbs jump up a lot. That being said, a 10 ply tire is a lot better if you haul a lot.
I don't worry about LT tires for hauling as much as I like em cause the thorns won't leave me stranded. But LTs are gonna eat up mileage and leave ur ride much more firm than it is now.

Inebriated 4 ur safety
Love my Duratracs. Went to a plus one over stock and lost roughly 2 mpg after calibrating the speedo. It was saying I was getting 14 mpg combined when the speedo was off and now it is around 16-16.5 at the end of each tank with mixed driving. My best advice for you is to stay far far away from the Bullydog tuner.

I have 35" tires that are 12.5" wide with an SCT tuner running the fuel economy program I am getting above 16 mpg usually 16.3-16.7 depending on how I am driving. I also have an intake and cat back exhaust.
When I had my stock tires on this winter with the fuel economy tune I was getting just above 17 mpg, so I am only down about 1 mpg with my 35"s on instead of the stock tires.
If you like to accelerate fast and drive considerably faster than the speed limit on the interstate than you will notice your fuel economy go down pretty quickly. I also have 3.73 gears.
