Most miles 5.0 or EB

Just went over 30k miles on my EB no isses just routine maintenance. I'm on the fence about getting a catch can and I'm wondering how many people with high mileage EB are using a catch can?

Truck: 2012 Ford F150 5.0 Super Crew
Mileage: 81,000
Driving: Mainly High Way.
Towing: Enclosed Car hauler with car in it, maybe once or twice a year, usually locally, less than 50 miles.
Replaced Parts - Mileage - Issue
Water Pump - 66K - Snout slowly leaked
Steering wheel control switch pack - 75K - Replaced due to interim functionality issues.
Multi Function Switch Column - 78K - Stuck on the left turn signal, replaced with new part.
Maintenance items
Brakes - 55K - Front rotors warped, replaced all four with Centric Rotors and EBC Green pads
Belts/Pulleys - 66K - Replaced when the water pump was done, every thing looked great and had a ton of life left, more of a while you're there kind of thing, just paid the cost of the parts, shouldn't have to worry about any of it for a very long time.
Battery - 75K - Factory was working fine, I leave the truck at Heliports in South LA in the middle of no where, so I generally replace a battery every 75K for insurance.
Cleaned TB - 75K - Looked fine, had a carbon ring, cleaned up pretty easy.
Trans Service - 75K - Factory fluid looked fine, replaced trans filter as well.
Diff Service - 75K - Factory diff fluid looked fine, wear looked great.
Oil Changed regularly at 50% of oil life monitor.

Now at 49,000 and have a faint knock that comes and goes, currently monitoring, doesn't seem to use oil at 5,000k changes and runs strong. Suspect cylinder bore distortion problem like some of the other 11' and early 12' models. Plan on a scope of cylinders in the future to be sure.

167,000 miles. Currently working on finding time to replace the HVAC blend doors that go haywire if I adjust temp, switch back to stock tstat, and troubleshoot wastegates

22k on my 2014 5.0 ive had a blown speaker within the first year and piston misfires on 4 cylinders ford changed the sparkplugs that misfired intermittently and all seems good now. Except now im getting 16mpg after last oil change but its winter now and hunting season so that could have something to do with it.

2011 F150 XL 5.0 single cab long bed
120,000 Miles
Only been in shop for scheduled maintenance
only issues is about 20,000 miles ago I started hear an annoying knock when I turn on the AC but it stops after maybe 6-7 Knocks/click(sound) won't start again until I start truck again.
also the paint on my tailgate and right behind cab has chipped away to the point where there is literally no paint and just keeps chipping away what is there. Started around 75,000 miles and right when warranty expired.
love the truck though and I'm hard as hell on it especially down these caliche roads of West Texas and using it for hog hunting. Done drug plenty of Chevys and Dodges as well, lol. No complaints really runs strong.
