Default Mike Levine @ Pickuptrucks.com will pay to test your Ecoboost, 5.0 & 6.2

Apparently the guys at pickuptrucks.com are going to settle which of the new Ford motors 3.5 Eco, 5.0 and 6.2 gets the best mileage while towing, oh and they'll pay to rent your truck, pay your lodging and food. Now, which motor will reign supreme in MPG's while towing?

They will need to account for LSD or E-Locker as well. Why not just go to Ford and get identical trucks aside from the engine?

I believe the reason why pickuptrucks.com elected not to use Ford was because they wanted motors with a few thousand miles on them. I read that somewhere in the comment section on their site.

It appears that the results from the redo of 5.0-3.5 dyno runs with the Superflow are being shelved, everything is really quiet over there for some reason?

Would be interesting to see why?

Come on now guys, the winner will clearly be the 6.2L. Why do you think Ford charges so much more for this engine upgrade. The 6.2L is actually the most "real heavy duty" truck engine of the group....uhmmm maybe that's why they put it in the Super Duty.

The 6.2 is the strongest engine, yes. The best "all around" engine is still debatable...

Maybe because it didn't support the agenda they were pushing?

Looks like it, I've emailed Mike to see if they're still planning on doing the dyno tests. Hopefully he responds, I'm very curious as well.
