Anyone else experience anything like this? I was drafting a tractor trailer at about 70mph. Went to pass after about five minutes and the gas pedal went soft. No power and even a vibration for a few seconds. Then after about ten seconds all the power I needed to go. A second time, again highway, I hit what appeared to be a governed speed and could go no faster. Just like in a Penske rental truck:-). Thoughts? My mileage has been great. 14-15 city, 19-21 hwy. 10-11 towing 6000lb camper.

Did you setup the Mykey? It's possible you set a governor and didn't realize it.

Great idea. I didn't set one up but I'll check if the dealer or factory did! Thanks.

Found this. Probably the explanation for governed speed but not passing issue. Could airflow have been the issue when drafting? I know that airflow is important on the EB.

Ford has a governor on these trucks around 95-100. May be the condensation issue as well. And wth does mileage have to do with this?

I saw some posts where after odd things like this guys saw their mpg drop. Mine is holding fine which I felt important to share in a discussion forum about issues. Nice way to ask though.
