Default Magnuson warranty ???

Developed an issue with my kit. Not a big problem, the small grooved idler has started chirping. Tried to get in touch with Magnuson and had no luck. Sent two emails this week and called this afternoon only to get voicemail. Not exactly impressive so far. I will update as things move along. I thought this was relevant for anyone considering purchase of this kit.

Didn't you recently install this kit and make a thread about it?

That sucks. Hopefully you can get ahold of them

Yes, kit has about 3400 miles on it.

I received a reply to my 3rd email and they are supposed to contact me on Monday.

I am hoping they have an upgrade as I don't think the plastic pulley is all that great. I would have much more faith in a metal one.

I was thinking the same thing about the pulleys when I put them on. I then noticed that factory pulleys are often plastic these days. I was more worried about the flat pulley though.

Says 3 years for the supercharger, not sure if that's all parts.

Uh oh... ... I hope mine stays intact ... So it's just making noise? Like a bird? Also is the ribless one that is attached with the bolt and washer lol?

If they don't get back to you give us a call and we can probably get something resolved for you.

Not surprised, did not receive a call from them today. I have a knack for getting poor customer service from companies. They all swear they "usually" provide excellent c/s but it is always "just in this case" bad. No wonder I do not win the lotto.....

I always make sure I speak to people. Email just doesn't cut it for me and maybe not for you either. I would never have bought my supercharger if I hadn't called them and got such a great deal.

Kinda funny, I asked a few questions of Cindy about smaller pulleys and a tune and was repeatedly told "if you do that you will void your warranty". I always maintain the warranty is only as good as the person providing the repair. So far, they seem to be stumbling out of the gate.

Again, I will keep the info flowing so those considering this kit can use this information to make their decision to purchase or not.
