Alot of 5.4 last 200k prob 3 or 4 where i work with that many mile's or more, but personally i could'nt buy anything with that many mile's unless i knew an trusted the owner.
I think that bumper would look right at home on a military vehicle, look's to be pretty sturdy.

It can really depend on how the motor was taken care of too. And what type of driving.
That can dictate how long any motor lasts. If it has had proper service intervals and has been on the highway for most of the miles. And if it hasn't been driven like a pissed off teenager. Then it should last longer than 200k Kms.
Now it depends on whether you're willing to roll the dice. 2010 was the last production year for the 5.4 so one would assume it's the least problematic 5.4 but that's just a theory.

I traded my 2010 5.4 a few months ago for a 2011 Eco. At the time there was some cam phaser noise on the 2010 that the dealer said would be a costly job down the road, when and if they needed to be replaced. If the phasers can be left and not cause issues, what job does the phasers actually do? The mechanic at Ford did agree, before I traded her in, that the phasers could be disengaged as well?

at work the other day, had a 09 5.4 f150 that had a broke valve spring, customer wanted it fixed. It had 378k miles on it. Said that was the only thing he had ever done to the engine besides coils and 4 sets of spark plugs. Replaced valve spring and rocker and was good as new, oh girl ran like a top. Hope this lil story helps out

Good to pass on it since it is from Alberta and probably spent its life racing between Fort McMurry and Edmonton at 150 when the rough neck tweaker ran low on meth. Not to mention it probably only had 6 oil changes in its life.
