Gassan - Was that a weight distribution hitch or just a regular?

That was a regular hitch. I believe the weight distribution was pretty bad with this setup, but didn't have enough time to find a better hitch

The spark plug change
I just finished this job today, took me 1 hour and 30min. Its not nearly as bad as in other cars I've done in the past. There's plenty of space and taking the manifold out is as easy as it will ever get in automotive history.

Try changing the spark plugs on a BMW V8 where there's literally no space to even remove the coils (you actually need to loose the engine mounts and raise the engine a couple inches).

By the way, did this job at 65k miles and the valves looks absolutely clean. I've been using Costco Gas almost exclusively.

Well been with my 3.7 for a few weeks. Last few days though when the motor is idling in gear waiting at a light it seems unsteady.. the tach kinda bounces around and the motor seems to shutter a bit... Well needless to say i'm pretty disappointed this is happening in a new motor. Dealers are usually pretty bad at diagnosing issues like these. Motor has 3000 km on it, still on factory oil.

Anyone have any input what might be going on with my motor?

I'm happy to assist, mikegt87. Please PM your VIN, full name, phone number, and preferred dealer info; I'll escalate your concern to your regional customer service manager.

Very small vacuum leak is what it is if not the sparkplugs.

My truck used to do this often, I replaced the spark plugs and it improved a 90%, still not perfect. But I don't see how this affects the performance at all.

Maybe its the winter gas blend

Believe it is easy to get a dropped spark plug put into the production line. The tiny vacuum leak sets off a chain of control events all bad. Even the trans temp gauge gets involved and goes bonkers. Of course it also throws the cell and codes if so at this point ! Believe it is so due to the cluster module connect at the hip to the ECU. It is easy to look for a bad seal in the intake tubing area first or PCV before the intake manifold area. The tiniest leakage at the PCV tube area will really set it off nutz ! Possibly the o ring seal damaged. Obviously a job for the Dealer to clear up. It could be something coming on serious anyway and a record would be smart for it. The motor runs so smooth normally; there are no odd things happening with it when warmed up to operating temps.
Of course filling the tank with a good gasoline with the carbon-out additives would be a good thing now. It's hard to believe water turning to ice would exist in the tank/fuel system with ethanol added in the blend but Isopropal / "red" - Heat will remove that option too ?
