2014 f150
My sync/nav system and the instrument cluster are black screens. The nav will flash shutting off to save battery at times. Dealer replaced my 1 year old battery but still the same problem. They want to replace the IPC for like $1300 and said it may need further diagnosis after that. So to me that’s a wild hair guess. Any ideas?

You may have better luck posting in the vehicle specific section instead of the engine specific section.
Try unplugging your BMS connector and see if that makes any difference.
