Can one pick the 93 tune and change tire size to calibrate the speedo?

Also to OP, now that you have had the intune almost a month, what do you like most about it?
You can modify all of the stock settings in any tune including tire size, axle ratio, etc...

What i like most is the responsiveness and increased power from the bottom end. When I bought the 5.0 I was very much drawn to the free revving engine and the power delivery as the RPMs increased. With the 93 tune, the power delivery begins much sooner and stays on to the rev limiter. I like the quicker shifts under heavy throttle. Under light throttle, the shifts don't feel much different from the factory. I think Diablo has done a good job of matching the vehicles response to the drivers throttle input including throttle angle as well as the rate at which the throttle is applied. Basically, the Diablo seems to understand when I want to cruise and when I want to get on it, and responds accordingly.
I also love the sound of the V8 and I PROMISE you will get all giggly after you install the 93 tune and hear just how differently that motor sounds below 2K RPM. It is such a distinct growl. Even the wife noticed it right away LOL.
The weather is clearing up here and I might get a break next week to get this beast to the Dyno shop. Fingers crossed and I'll keep you fellas posted!

I just realized 93 is hard to get around here. SO Im limited to 86, 87, 89, 91. How are the 87, 91 tunes? Is there still that distinct engine sound with those tunes? I would prob only use the 91 tune when towing, unless I got way better MPG's using the 91 vs the 87.

Thanks for the info!

Tuner Newbie here also....

Looking at the DiabloSport Intune

TeamZambo, that would be one of my questions/concerns also. I drive way too much to be putting 93 Octane in all the time. Does anyone know how the HP gains,Torque gains, and engine sound is with the 86/87 tune?

What happens to the engine is tuned to 93 Octane and you use a lesser grade? Thanks for the help fellas

No luck getting to the dyno since my last posts. Truck still runs awesome with zero change in drive ability. no problem scratching first to second when I get on it. Below is a screenshot from last weekends return trip from Dallas back to Houston. Cruise control was set at 70 or 75 depending on the speed limit.

Sweet! Now I'm really sold. Working on a deal with autoanything! Your name is violinguy, do you actually play the violin? If you can message me if you do I would like to ask you a few things if you don't mind (bought my wife a violin and can't figure out how to tune it)
