UCF..these engines carbonize the exhaust real bad..between the DI and fuel oil dilution.
I would bet that maybe some carbon has dislodged itself..but I would start before that...plugs, coil/insulator, fuel injector...I would also compression test/leak down...
If the carbon hunk dislodged and got stuck in the valve seat area..could cause this..
How many miles, what year truck...
